Sorry folks, a cold Big King on which even the cheese hasn't melted doesn't work at all. The fries were okay, I can only recommend very, very tasty and hot. And only a maximum of 2 stars ;-(

Only take away/drive-in during lockdown. The rösti lover beef is very good and the fries were crunchy (rare enough to notice it). The King beef was awesome hands down the best I've tasted in a long time. All in all, I'm very impressed by the improved Burger King food

Even in a virus situation, they distribute food heroically ... thankfully.

I can live with a non-existent greeting. With dry burgers that only have a little sauce on about a third of the surface of the burger, but not. Especially not if the bun has dried up too. Got the impression that it was at least the day before. If that doesn't get better, I will definitely not be back. That was an imposition.

I definitely like Burger King better than McDonalds, but the staff here are totally overwhelmed. I wanted to order with the coupons that were always sent by post without being asked - I had to say the numbers repeatedly until the employee had typed them all in. Since the screen is broken, you just have to hope it works. A few things were sold out on Saturday at 1pm, because of me - when I said, "okay, you're going to finish me off, then I have to think twice about what to take instead." the lady just said "OK, ready, next window" and then the intercom was off ... Not cool ??‍♀️

Some of the staff might well have had courtesy and communication training. Duke and shouting and taking that as normal is not possible. A greeting would also be nice. Thank you.

Worst Burger King around here. The chicken wings are gross and the sauces don't taste good.

Food is good as always. But the ordering process is extremely slow.

Staff always tries hard and is proper. Always delicious, especially in the evenings if you are hungry

I can't say whether the food here was particularly good or I was just too hungry for a burger. I definitely liked it!

A typical BK. Very well located on the access road to Oberursel. A little overwhelmed by the coronavirus regulations. But food was very good.

Food was freshly made and quite good, but I don't understand why people let in without masks, I would have sent you out. Therefore only 3 stars.

Always worth a course, especially during the lunch break when you don't have too much time anyway. And really always friendly staff !!!!!!

Fat foreigners at the counter don't understand German and always passively aggressive! Very unfriendly and slow, food bad even for Burger King standards, watery burgers, cold side dishes, dishonorable! Learn German, clean, be friendly, work faster, prepare fresh food !!

What's going on? The four of us sit there as the only ones to eat. Music is turned up. Entertainment is hardly possible and on request with the (alleged) boss one is reprimanded loudly. At some point it worked. Why so much theater to have angry customers afterwards. Too bad. Maybe better next time.

The auto service was fast and the burguers were tasty.

Many customers - only 1 person on the register. The manager was multitasking - not managing. If im going to pay corporate prices for a simple hamburger - I expect corporate effort. 1 employee per register - cook stations manned...manager making sure it all comes together. The manager is not getting paid to take my order AND run the drive thru AND dump the fries.

Was there like 3 weeks ago It is open. It is operated by a really nice guy who helps you out for fair prices. Saved 250 dollars. Highly recommended. Btw. The best old timer cars I have seen in New Zealand

Always a good value for money family meal of you look at the specials and make some combinations. Toilets are nice and clean.

Statt is very unfriendly. Will not go back to them. Shame

Burger King as you know it. Nice staff though! Water was broke in the men's restroom. Otherwise all good and clean.

Well, it's a Burger King. The place is quite clean and well-lit. There is outside seating, which is a bit noisy due to the big road nearby. The cueing area is a bit crowded.

Extremely dependent on the operation ... Can be good and fresh, but unfortunately the opposite of how the pathetic-looking ice in the picture ?
